1. (left) Presenting situation: The four front teeth included one tooth on a denture, two other teeth with old failing crowns, and one tooth as part of an old bridge. Following discussion with the patient and in consultation with the referring dentist, we agreed to remove two teeth and the bridge tooth. The treatment plan also included upgrading a crown on one canine tooth.

The bridge cemented into place over the implants together with the canine crown. The patient requested a slightly lighter shade than the natural teeth and plans tooth whitening for her upper right canine tooth.

Please note: Shades are a matter of personal preferences and can only be chosen following discussion with the patient. All cases are tried in for approval by the patient prior to being fitted. Appropriate changes in appearance can be instigated before crowns or bridges are cemented into place.
