This young lady (JW) fractured her front tooth in an accident at the age of 12 and it eventually had to be extracted. Her own dentist tried to make a stick-on bridge but it was never reliable. A good cosmetic outcome was particularly important in this case since the patient has a very broad smile which shows up not only the whole of the length of her teeth but also a significant amount of the supporting gums.
